While I am no longer breeding, I am still active in training and showing.
Here's what the Cardshark girls and I have been up to lately.

Ch. & OTChX. Cardhark's Quintessa, RAE
Tessa is part of our final litter, so finishing her Championship from the Bred by Exhibitor class was very special to me.
Tess obtained her CD and Rally titles up to RAE and then took a hiatus from competition. As she lacked the confidence to hold the out of sight stays, I thought this was the end of her career, but in 2018 the new Open class was introduced and we haven't looked back. She completed her OTCh. title in 2019, and was also awarded the Obedience Victrix at the GSDC Canada National in 2019.
Tessa came out of what I'm sure she thought was retirement due to COVID to compete at the 2021 GSDC Canada National. She obtained her 5th OTChX leg and won the Obedience Victrix award for the second time. She is the only Champion to win this award twice.

OTCh. & RCh. Cardshark's Peggy Sue,
RAE, RMX
I lovingly refer to Peggy as my ADHD dog. She has always loved to work, but just can't pay attention!
She managed to finish her OTCh. title, with Rally titles leading to her RAE inserted along the way.
In 2018, when the new Rally Master class came along, we had to try that too, and once she completed that we went on to finish her RMX and RCh. titles.
She is now retired and enjoys life on the farm, but still insists on a daily ball game.
MOTCh. Cardshark's Penny Ante, RM
Penny did not begin her obedience career until she was almost 6 years old in 2015.
By 2019 she had become a Master Obedience Trial Champion and had obtained her Rally Master title.
Penny was forced into retirement by COVID with 8 of the required 10 RMX legs and Rally Champion points.
